QuestionMy toe nails are all tiny, the pinkies are mishapen, and the big toes have just
a small area available to hold a false nail. How can I find a salon in my area
that has expertise doing feet? I don't know of anyone who has had this done,
tho. i have read it is popular. Secondly, can I slowly grow the false nails out
(not filling), so underneath my natural nails come in? How does one get them
off if they are not working? I live in Capitola California, near Santa Cruz Ca.
AnswerYou can wear acrylics on your toe nails depending on how much nail you have.I would have to see it to give you a def. answer. Any good nail tech should know how to preform this service. However I do not reccomend this. Its not good for acrylics to be worn on your feet and its very easy to get a fungus because feet are enclosed in shoes all the time. Also its a huge commitment and you would be getting pedicures every two weeks no matter what. I personally think its a lot of work and a lot of money that is not needed!!
I am sure your feet are fine! And more people than you think have very small toe nails. I would embrace what you have, and make the best of your situation. Get regular pedicures, wear nude polish to not create a lot of attention and keep your feet clean and healthy.
