Oily Nail Beds & Fake Nails: What You Need to Know

I want to get fake nails but i heard that if you have an oily nail bed you can't get any thing but gel or UV nails. Is that true??

In Short I would say No.  I have never seen that this plays a role in what sort of nails are best for you.  Make sure you go to a licensed properly trained nail tech with experience and she/he will prep your nails properly and advise you on what product best meets your needs... based on your level of activity, occupation, etc.  Every kind of nail has its benefits and drawbacks and an experience technician will help determine what nail will best meet your needs.  Good Luck and let me know if I can be of further assistance.
