Clarification Needed: Regarding Previous Question Inquiry

You sent me a reply stating you had already answered my question once before.  ????????  Today is the first time I have ever used this site and unless you have multiple listings under various names as I sent my question to everyone listed on that site, I have never emailed you with my question before.  I am sorry I obviously bothered you and hope you realize you are mistaken in my regard.    Thank you anyway.  I truly appreciate those who are taking time to answer my question as it is very disturbing for me and I am sincerely looking for help and advice.

Did you not receive my reply to your question?

I sent the auto reply to the repeat question after I replied to your question. I hope this makes sense!

If I receive the same question twice, I cant ignore the second one as the system will keep telling me that I have an unanswered question.
