I want to ask you about how to apply artificial nail what is an exact technique and up to how time this technique valid ? Is it long lasting?

By artifitial nails, do you mean the packs of nails that you can buy in the chemist?
If you do, they come with instructions and depending on your nail type, they last between 24 hrs and a few days.
They shouldn't be worn for any longer than that because water can become trapped underneath and lead to a nail infection.
Some come with a gelly glue already on the underneath of the tip to stick on with, some have to be stuck on with glue from a tube.
The 2nd type with glue from a tube, last longer, but need to be soaked off with remover, otherwise you will damage your natural nails.
These should be seen as a tempory treatment only.

If you mean professional artifitial nails like acrylic or gel, then you must visit a professional who is fully qualified in nail treatments.
