Gel & Acrylic Nail Fills: Can They Be Combined?

i had a set of gel nails put on and i cannot find anyone to fill them in my area, the girl i had that did them quit!! can i get fills with acrylic? can you mix gel and acrylic together or do i have to remove and start fresh??

Yes, you can have acrylic applied over gel and gel over acrylic. Just be sure that what you are getting is REALLY gel and TRULY acrylic and not MMA.
