QuestionI prefer medium pink gel to acrylic nails because they look more natural. But I have been in the pool every day and my nails start to crack and fall off within days. They had lasted 18 to 21 days between salon visits, and now they look horrible in half the time. Help!

I am not sure what you mean by medium pink gel!
If your nails are cracking and falling off it could be the water or tanning lotion.
There are so many variables. In the summer my clients usually cant go there normal 3-4 weeks due to the rapid growth the humidity and heat!
I need to use a stronger bonder to help them adhere better.You might want to ask your tech about that.
Also if you have tips on, glue breaks down in water soooo your nails will fall off if you are in water alot. I would ask your tech or find a tech that can sculpt your next set. this way they is no tip and no glue just beautifully sculpted nails. check out these sites for more info on gel nails.
