Hello Mark and thank you for your inquiry. I have not been able to find a mark as you describe in my resources. Could you tell me a little more about the spoon - Is it sterling or silverplate ? Is it table flatware or a souvenir spoon ? This knowledge might narrow down the possibilities. Also, are there any other markings ? If you can provide the above, I'll be glad to check my sources again.
