Identify Antique Silver Cameo Ring: Maker's Mark & Details

Question

cameo ring
i want to identify from the makers mark in my ring. wich is the letters "Pd" inside of a heart after the silver mark of 925. On the oppisite side of the ring i believe it says "thailand" i know nothing of jewelery except common knowledge. the stone is a white portrait of a women set on a pale pink or fleshy colored stone/ material(not sure of the correct term or material). The "stone" is set in a square shaped ring with lots of curvy, scolling detain. the sides of the ring look like it could be replication flowers or tulips. if you know anything about this ring could you please help? does it have any value? thanks for you time.  lol oh i see i can attach an image... i supose i could do that.

Answer
Thank you for your inquiry and I apologize for the delay. I had computer problems. Your cameo ring appears to have a carved shell cameo in a very pretty sterling setting. The PD/Heart mark is probably the manufacturer and if it says Thailand, that is the place of manufacture. Many very nice sterling items come from Thailand. Sterling rings of this type generally sell for under $100.00. Hope this helps and enjoy your ring !
