Resizing Silver Rings: What You Need to Know

I have a silver men's spinner ring which needs to be sized. I need to know if this is possible and if not, why.

okay I'm not sure what a spinner Ring is.....when a silver ring is resized it has very high heat and for example can damage a stone ... I don't exactly know what the spinner thing is..but perhaps the high heat may affect it...you have to go see a good silversmith or Goldsmith
