Identify Your Vintage Necklace: Gold Markings & Origin

Dear Bill and Sally,
I inherited a necklace that belonged to my grandmother, and I would love to know more about it.
I got it tested and I do know it's real gold, but I do not recognize the marks on it.
I was told it might be American, made around 1965, but it says on the watch it was Swiss made, so I'm totally confused.

Hello Tai and thank you for your inquiry. I was unable to pull up any pictures. Your first question was regarding a necklace, but then a watch - is it a pendant watch ? There is no way I can answer without a picture or more information on any markings present.
