Hello Lailani and thank you for your inquiry. The 14K means that the ring is 14K gold.  The GZ mark could be the manufacturer/designer of the ring. I have checked my resources and found no listing for a mark GZ. It is also possible that the mark is the initials of the original owner if the ring is vintage.
