Hi Melissa, it can be quite difficult to determine the worth of a piece of jewelry from a photo alone. I suggest that you take it to a local reputable jeweler so he can inspect it under a loupe and perform other tests on it with specialized equipment if needed, this is the only way you'll know it's worth.
