Identifying an 18k Gold Cartier Brooch - GF 181/GF 18K Hallmark

brooch   hello I have a brooch and is 18k made in France perhaps you might know or point me in the right direction the hallmark signature says either gf 181 or gf 18k stamped I had it tested to see if it was plated and its not its gold thru with blue and green topaz  here are two pictures I will include  thank you for your time

Hi Jason,
Nice brooch, I am not sure about the GF but this was one of the nicest pin/brooch marketed by Cartier in the 70's/80's, and the blue stones are sapphires not blue topaz, and the green are emeralds.
