There is very little to go on here. And I am afraid that I am a little confused about your letter.
What I think the letter is saying that you are going to marry someone who doesn't care about anyone in her life and would she make a good wife.
It is hard to say without knowing more about your future wife. Maybe she has good reasons for not caring. Maybe she has been mistreated in the past. People have many different reasons for acting as they do toward others.
As for your question, would she be a good wife? That depends, I would say, on how she treats YOU. If she is loving and caring and seems that she would be interested in being a good wife to you, then I am sure that she will be. It is not fair to judge her based on her feelings toward others. Her feelings and actions towards you are all that matters.
If you are uncertain, perhaps you should wait a little longer to be sure that she is the right woman for you. It might be a better choice than to rush into a situation that would prove to be an unhappy one.
