QuestionHi, after trawling through the internet, I am unable to find anywhere that gives advice to MEN. It seems that only women suffer problems in marriage?. Anyway, I've been married since August 23 this year and have found out that my wife has slept with another lady. Can you tell me whether I need to go through formal divorce procedures OR have we been married for such a short amount of time that the marriage is not yet legally recognised?. Your help would be greatly appreciated and I don't know whether it's important but I live in England. I really hope to hear back from you soon because I'm at the end of my tether. I wanted to add something to what I had said after I read your response.
I just need you to know that you should reconsider your belief that all women cheat.
You just have not yet found the ones that do not. Men cheat, women cheat, it isn't a question of gender. There is much more to it.
Please simply view your past relationships as "stepping stones to the ultimate relationship of happiness."
Some of us do not always find our soul-mate early on in life. Some need to experience a few relationships because we make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. Those past relationships serve as our personal encyclopedia and reference material for our future relationships.
Keep the faith, and if you have much to offer someone, you will ultimately happen upon someone who will return the favor.
