Early Pregnancy: Implantation Bleeding or Period? - Expert Advice

i think I've conceived on November 28, 2006. but my period came down on 12/10. could it be implantation bleeding or my menstrual. its red /brown its clearing up now today 12/11. can i be pregnant or what? i have no other symptoms as of yet.....

Dear Shay,

Implantation bleeding can be definitely be brownish in color and typically occurs 6-12 days after conception. So, you would be right on the outer edge of time. However, if this "bleeding" has only lasted one day, implantation bleeding is quite possible.

My advice is to wait another week and then test. Use 1st morning urine to get a concentrated sample since you will barely be three weeks from your suspected conception date.
