Answer
Hi Maya :)

Please keep in mind, that it is completely normal to spot, or have light bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy. Lower back pain, is not uncommon at all.

Your fever, is not related to your pregnancy. You could possibly be developing an infection, or have a virus that could be the cause of the fever.

If you begin to experience moderate to sever cramping with heavy bleeding and clots, then you should seek medical attention as this could indicate a miscarriage, of the threat of miscarriage.

Just try and stay calm(easier said then done, I know) and do not over excert yourself. Stay off your feet when you can, I advise against sex right now, and let your husband do your household chores and run errands. Its essential you keep your feet up, and elevated. This ofcourse is all reccomended as a precautionary measure.

If you have not contacted your doctor, I would do so, just to make them aware you are spotting. As a precautionary measure, they may do a sonogram, just to be positive that the fetus is developing as it should be.

I wouldnt be to alarmed right now. Your symptoms, can be considered normal, in early pregnancy.

I hope this answers your question, and thankyou for writing :)

Happy Holidays, to you and yours!
