QuestionSo I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we always use protection (condoms), but I know that they are not 100% effective so I am worried.
Last night I was up all night vomiting, I didnt feel nauseas I would just lie in bed and every half an hour to an hour I would throw up, then I would feel fine, this went on from 1.30am till about 9.30am that morning. This then stopped and I then became very sick, had a temperature of 38.2C, aching body, headache, very weak ect.
The week before I was starting to get pre period signs such as slight bloating, swollen breasts and tender nipples yet my period isnt due until +/- the 24th of Oct.
Yesterday (19th) I got what appears to be my period 5 days early.
I normally have quiet severve pain and cramping yet I havent this time. I am slightly uncomfortable but no pain.
The blood flow is very heavy which is normal for me and is the usual colour and consistency.
I have read that women can get what is called implementation bleeding.
How likely is it that the symptoms I am experiencing are pregnancy symptoms rather than normal PMS?

Implantation bleeding is usually very light and only lasts for 1-2 days. If you are unwell, this can change your hormones, therefore making your period come early. I don't think that you're pregnant, however if you're still unsure take a pregnancy test.
