Possible Pregnancy: Period Irregularities & Symptoms - Medical Advice

I'm 18 years old i started my last period firday october 30,2009 i had sex on the 31 of that same onth then again repetedly this month (nov.) Almost every time wihtout a condom. A few days ago my cerfix was open now it feels completely closed i am due to start my period thursday nov. 26,2009 my period last four days. I'm considering the fact I may be prgnant. Could this be true. I have felt tired lately and lil sick here and there. Would i have gotten pregnant from the 30 and it just now closed completely or would it have benn more recent becuase if i remember rihg from my anatomy/Phyisology/Honors class the cervix closes after the egg attaches to the uteran wall so no more than that one egg can be fertilized or somethign like that im kinda worried i was recentally proposed to by an ex and said yes however if im prgnant its not his this would be greatly apporicated if u could get back to me asap i really ened help thank you

Hi Dawn,

When you are most fertile your cervix is high, soft and open, it then changes to low, hard and closed (with or without pregnancy) so this is not a pregnancy symptom. There is a chance you may be pregnant, the only way to know for sure is by taking a pregnancy test. Good luck!
