Understanding Pregnancy Pain: Is It Labor or False Labor?

hi i am 37 weeks + 1 pregnant, and since Thursday i have has these really strong sharp pains just above where my pubic hair starts it makes it very difficult to walk and to get up from a sitting down position. it seems to be when the baby is moving it hurts the most. what is this ?

These are most probably false labor pains which are very similar to the pains u will have during labor. These pains are quite normal especially if this is your first pregnancy. If you feel them once in every 10 minutes you should consult your ob as labour may be starting.
