Delayed Period: Possible Pregnancy & What To Do

Question
my last period was October 13th and August and September
were both on the 13th as well. I had unprotected sex the
26th of October and now my period hasn't come and it is
November 20th. I'm really worried because I didn't really
intend on having sex especially not unprotected and now I'm
fearing that I am going to pay for my carelessness. Around
November 13th two zits popped up on my face which is a
normal sure-sign of my period coming. They are now gone, my
breasts are not sore at all and they usually kill before I
get my period, but I've been reading that sore breast are
also a early sign of pregnancy...I woke up this morning with
signs of a cold..my throat hurts, i have a cough, and my
nose is sort of blocked up, is this is a early sign as well?
Because I have been eating a lot of vitamin c to try and
make my period come so I don't really understand why I would
get a cold. I've been very emotional but not so much to the
crying point..I haven't been PMSy at all, I just kind of
feel depressed. When I was 3 days late I took a home
pregnancy test that came up negative and I was happy as a
clam but now its four days later and I'm back to being
scared. I'm twenty and have no idea about what any of my
symptoms mean so if you could help I would be very grateful.

Answer
Your last period was on 13 Oct and accordingly you should have gotten your periods on 13 Nov but it is one week late. It is possible that you are pregnant as you had unprotected sex right at the time of ovulation. There only one thing which you can do now. Wait for a week and repeat the pregnancy test.
Also the so called early signs and symptoms of pregnancy are totally unreliable and there is no point giving any importance to them. The same symptoms are present during PMS as well as pregnancy so it is not possible to differentiate between the two. So just wait for one more week and you will know for sure if you are pregnant or not.
