Delayed Period After Birth Control & Unprotected Sex: What Could It Be?

i took the day after pill after having sex on the 22nd of oct a few days after i started spotting. I started my period at my regular time on the 9th of oct. it is now the 20th of november and nothing , i also had unprotected sex on the 2nd of this month but took 3 store bought pregnancy test and one dr.s test and all negative but its been two weeks scince my missed period... what could be wrong?

The day after pill is known to cause menstrual irregularities and that is what is causing the delayed period(probably). But be safe and repeat the pregnancy test in another week. If you are pregnant it will definitely show up in the test by this time.
