Post-Abortion Fertility & Conception: What to Expect

Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I had an abortion 5 yrs ago. I was able to conceive again 2 yrs latr while taking orthocyclen. However through no fault bit my own I misscarried.  I am now off birthcontrol and want to conceive. I take my folic acid  1x a day as directed and my period are normal eventhough I'm overweight. Given what I have told you is there any reason I won't conceive again? Anything that I can do to increase my chances?

How old are you? Because age is a very important criteria. Provided you are less than 35 I see no reason why you should not conceive again.
