Pinpointing the exact time of extreme fertility is not easy for natural conception. Provided are ways to find the best time of fertility.
Technique # 1 Knowing your period
Conception during ovulation is most successful. To figure the time this will be each month it will usually be the mid-point of the twenty-eight day menstrual cycle which is day fourteen. Twenty-eight day cycles are not always the same for all women. The cycles can range anywhere between twenty-five days all the way up to thirty-one days. This of course changes the ovulation day. Your ovulation day is usually in the middle of your cycle whether thirty-one or twenty-eight days. As the length of the period changes, the ovulation date may change. This method then gives the woman a very good idea when the best time is to try to conceive naturally.
Technique #2 Documenting Your BBT:
Successful conception can be achieved by finding when you are most fertile through a BBT. Keep track of basal body temperature to find the highest time of fertility. A consistent pattern in fertility will be seen through a BBT. There is no need for fancy equipment or any other complicated methods Record how the temperature is effected throughout the month.
After ovulation occurs, the normal amount of increase in the temperature is 1.6 degrees Celsius. Digital thermometers are needed to record two decimal places of changes in the temperature. This decreases the chances of error in the recorded BBT.
Find the height of fertility through checking the temperature as often as possible. Take the temperature first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. Do this before partaking in everything.
Doing this for a period of time will create an accurate date for fertility. Calculations will change based on health. Also, lack of sleep, too much stress or anxiety and some other factors will alter the findings. It is important to keep track of such issues in a chart in order to determine why there are fluctuations in the your BBT readings.
