Ortho Evra Patch Issues: Skin Adhesion & Heat Sensitivity - Expert Advice

Question
Hi, I have 3 questions on the "patch'.  I am 32 yrs old with 2 kids.  I started the patch (ortho evra) yesterday and I have it on my upper outer arm.  Sometimes when I lift my arm, my skin "wrinkles" and the patch is not 100% stuck to the wrinkled area of skin.  I press back down on it but everytime I move my arm I can see a tiny "gap".  Is this okay?  Also, the box says not to let the patch get in heat excess of 86 degrees.  Well, I live in Houston where it is near 100 degrees outside.  Does this mean it won't work for me?  Third, can I wear it on my chest (not breasts, just chest) Thanks!

Answer
You can attach the patch ANYWHERE on your body except your breasts. That includes your abdomen. If you put it on your outer arm, leave it there even if it tends to wrinkle. If it is over 100 degrees outside in Dallas, try to stay indoors most of the time.
