hello. This. Is. Second. Ivf. First. One. Failed. I'm. 43. And. Had. A. Blast. Transfer on 7/5/10 1 a blast and 2 early blast all were. Fresh. When do they implant and what are my chances of a pregnancy? Fsh was 7.3 and lining was at 13 please tell. Me. Something good blood test. Is wed 7/14. Took a hpt. On 7/8. And was neg

Hello Terri from the U.S.,

I am not surprised that the hpt was negative.  It is too soon. 7/8 was only 3 days after transfer.  7/14 is a more appropriate date to check the pregnancy test, and the blood test is a lot more sensitive than the hpt (urine).  You'll just have to wait.

It looks like everything went as well as could be, considering your age.  Now it is beyond the technology and depends on the inherent quality of the embryo (the parts we can't see or test) and the endometrial lining.  Both of these are natural, so it is in nature's or God's hands from this point.  In terms of your chances of pregnancy, they are age related, which is 25% per cycle, but there are always exceptions to the rule.  Hopefully, you will be one of those exceptions.
