Implantation Bleeding: Symptoms, Causes & What to Watch For

Hi I am 24yo, I have one daughter, My last normal period was october 12th. I was due for my period on nov 9th. on the 8th I started spotting and having cramping.On the 9th it was a very light flow and then it went away and the 10th I had some spotting again and then it was gone. I have had some twinges and slight cramping in my abd. my abd feels full and I have sore breasts. I did have an ectopic pregnancy in july but this doesn't feel the same as that at all. Could that flow been implantation bleeding and if so when could I test for pregnancy?

It sounds like you just had a normal period, even though you spotted on the 8th, had light flow on the 9th and spotted on the 10th. If you have any doubts, take a pregnancy test after November 16 and you will know for sure. Implantation bleeding occurs 8 days after conception (ovulation). YOu probably ovulated on October 25 and, if you did become pregnant, implantation would have been around November 2.
