IBS Cramps & Concerns: Ruling Out Blood Clots & Sinus Issues

Question
Hello, I have IBS which is really bothering me the last couple of days.  The problem is constipation.
I also have been having sinus problems.  My question is, I have been having stomach cramps with my IBS, this is not unusual really and I had a pretty full exam just a couple weeks ago that included feeling of my tummy and a finger in the anus. (YULK)
I am on birth control pills so am always concerned about blood clots.
How would I know pain from my IBS from the pain do to a blood clot?  My pain from IBS is not constant really, but often.  I feel pressure in the rectum and for some reason it bothers my legs (left more than right) I also have cramps, sometimes sharp with back pain.
I have developed hemmoroids from the constipation that have caused some blood tinged mucous and/or stool.  (red blood, just a streak)
My main worry is blood clots.  I do get tight feelings in my chest from gas, so that worries me futher about blood clots.
Thanks for listening to me ramble, I look foward to hearing from you.

Answer
Symptoms of a DVT
When a clot forms, it can either partially or totally block the blood flow in that vein. Symptoms of a DVT can include:

swelling of the leg
warmth and redness of the leg
pain that is noticeable, or worse when standing or walking
These are not always a sign of a DVT, but anyone who experiences them should contact a doctor immediately.

Symptoms of pulmonary embolism
These include shortness of breath; chest pain which may be worsened by deep breaths; and coughing up phlegm, possibly flecked with blood.

Anyone with these symptoms should seek emergency medical treatment.
