QuestionThank you in advance for taking this question seriously. My testicles have always been saggy. I'm 42 and over the last 1-2 years the situation has worsened significantly. Often, they will hang 3/4 of the way to my knees (wish I was exaggerating). I've read this could be hernia-related. However, I have no pain (anywhere). No pain, swelling, or lumps in scrotum or testicles. I can deal with them okay now, but concerned what they may like at 50, 60, or 70. Not interested in cosmetic surgery. Do I need to be concerned from a medical standpoint or is this normal? I know sagging is normal, but mine seem to be extreme in nature and can frequently be a hassle. Thank you very much. Mike
AnswerIf you can get erections, your testosterone produced by them is probably normal.... this can also be checked easily with a blood test.... I don't know who would do surgery for that.. I think most would recommend a supporting pair of underwear, like a jockstrap for normal wear... By doing that, you will also lessen the pulling and potential lengthening of the scrotum... I hope this helps...
