"sorry for bothering  you but i have to know some things about varicose
vains in the scrotum,,,because i have heard they lead to infertility in
85% of the cases,and they make you feel dizzy when getting up.....i was
very pleased with how fast  i got an answer for my last question but i
want to hear a 2nd opinion...<>...i need to know all i can about
varicose vains in the scrotum like how long if not treated can u go without
permanite sperm damage or serious health issues please get back to me

Hi Mike,
Well, what you have heard is not quite correct. The incidence of infertile men WITH varicocele is about 25. It's the most common anatomic cause of infertility. Not all men with varicoceles are infertile. And to my knowledge, there has never been a report of someone with a varicocele fainting when standing up unless of course the varicocele is as big as a basketball.
Basically, these are not uncommon and as a rule unless the get large, are not treated. I'm not sure where you got that information, but It's dubious at best and incorrect at worst.
