Understanding Cortisol Challenge Test Results: What Are Normal Levels?

Hello,
 I had a Cortrosyn Challenge test done. My Cortisol baseline was 10.   Then they gave me a shot of something and took my blood 2 more times.  My results were 30 minutes 20 and 60 minutes 22. My question is are these levels normal? What is normal?  What does this test check for? Thank you

different labs have different standards, but that sounds pretty normal to me.... it should go up significantly from the trial... it tests to make sure your adrenal glands can respond to the challenge.... and yours has... there are some hormone disorders where you don't have good adrenal output (cortisone) but yours was pretty normal....
