Every time after I have sex, without a condom, everything comes back out of
my vagina (sperm ect.) causing quite an embarassing situtation/mess. Is this
normal?

Yes, very normal. Loss of seminal fluid after intercourse is perfectly normal, and most women notice some discharge immediately after sex. This leakage of semen actually has a name - effluvium seminis. In fact, this leakage is a good sign - it means your partner is depositing his semen normally in your vagina.

This shouldn't be an embarassing thing for you. The "wet spot" happens for virtually all women.
