Is Home Insulation Safe to Breathe? Risks & Precautions

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOUR CONSTANTLY BREATHING EXPOSED INSULATION IN A HOME IS THAT BAD?

Dear Heidi,   Insulation that is in the walls or atic should NOT be a risk hazarrd.....  However, if you are the person installing the insulation, then that could cause lung problems in the future if you are not wearing mask protection....
