Varicocele: Understanding Vein Swelling Above the Testicle

hello i hav asked this question before but for some reason i am unable to view it.i am a 14 year old male and i ahve alarge cluster of veins or something of the sort above my left testicle.It larger than my right testicle and i am wondering whether it is normal.thanks.please reply soon as i am worried

that is called a varicocoele.... a cluster of veins.... it is no big deal, pretty common overall.  it is usually only on one side and can theroretically affect sperm production on that side, but because we have two, it doesn't affect your overall fertility or sexual maturation.... no worries unless it is painful and then sometimes urologists will do surgery.  Hope this helps.
