Preventing Acrylic and Gel Nail Lifting: A Step-by-Step Guide

I been having problems with my acrylic and gel nails lifting...... Any suggestions on how to stop it?

 Here is a list of my steps, maybe that will help you to figure out what it might be:

1)Cleanse nail with 99% alcohol on a gauze pad
2)Apply Orly Cutique to all 10 nails, push back cuticles(I use an OPI Pusher Plus)
3)Use a 240 grit sanding band or 240 grit file to prep
4)Remove dust and cleanse again w/ alcohol
5)Apply a protein primer(T.E.N. Linkage is great, www.tuffenuffnails.com) or Young Nails Protein Bond
6)Apply acrylic and finish file

When I started using the cuticle remover along with Linkage, 99% of my lifting problems disappeared.
