Hi Amber,

I have acrylic nails and have done for years but my real nails are so weak, if i opted for the silk option/ fiberglass can my nails still breath and get stronger???

Hi,

Your nails will be very weak when you remove them and the only thing you can do to help them get stronger is lots of manicures and let the grow out.
Any artificial product you put on your nails will make them weak.Putting on fiberglass still requires maintenance which requires filing the top of nail that will make your nails weak.

I would either keep on your acrylics or soak them off and let your nails grow out on there own.
