Dealing with Weak Smile Lines & Finger Pain: Causes & Solutions

Question
I was wondering if I could do anything about my weak smile lines. After a couple of games of basketball, I end up with 1-2 fingers where part of the line has opened. This creates some pain when I use my fingers, since if I put pressure at the fingertips, it pulls the skin away from the nail (which is already damaged).  The normal "tears" are minor, 1mm deep, but the pain is very annoying.  Sometimes it bleeeds if the tear is deeper, but that happens rarely.  Is there something I can do about making the line connecting the end of my nail to my fingertips stronger? Thanks.

Answer
I have not alot of great news for you. :(
First off, I need to know WHY your nails are already damaged.  Did you have a set of enhancements on recently that were applied or removed improperly?
And if you are playing basketball, you need to keep your nails VERY VERY SHORT, especially if you are experiencing trauma like you are describing.
Get some Creative Nail Design "Rejuvenator" and also some "Solar Oil," they will help the healing process.  Also apply these two BEFORE you play, it might help keep them from tearing your skin back further.
The only way to strengthen this skin is to keep it HEALTHY.  So no NSS nails, and no nails PERIOD when playing sports invloving handling basketballs, baseballs, volleyballs, etc.

Hope this helps- be careful!  OUCH!
