Does Maggie Franklin still do Juliette (paper wrap) manicures? Where? I am from So Cal and have a great manicurist there but not found a good one up here.

I'm still willing to do them for very patient clients. I have very limited experience and am still trying to find someone to learn the technique from myself. But I'm more than happy to schedule the service for anyone who is willing to be patient with me.
