Identify the Maker of Your 14k Gold Bracelet with 'OR' Stamp - Jewelry Authentication

I have recently come into possession of a very fine 14k gold bracelet.  It is stamped "14kt" and also "Italy" on a heart shaped piece near the clasp.  On the back of the heart it is stamped "OR."  From the research I've done, I understand that the "OR" stamp may be the maker.  Is there a online place that I can find out who made this.  Or even possibly a resource that I can use.  It has been perplexing me for a while.  Any info would be great.  Thank You--

Dear Jim,

Your bracelet was manufactured in Italy and imported to the U.S. by a firm called "Oroamerica" - who attached the heart-shaped tag. This importer was located in southern California but was purchased by "Michael Anthony" which is located in Mt. Vernon, NY.
