The 14K indicates that it is 14 karat gold, meaning it is a blend of metals containing 58.5 % pure gold in the blend.  The CH could be a manufacturers mark.  It isn't anything I am familiar with.  Many manufacturers label their pieces, so it could be something as simple as their initials.
