Identifying Gold Purity: Indian Chief Ring - 14K or 10K?

I bought a Gold Indian Chief with Headress about 15 years ago. I paid $350.00 at a pawn shop. I was told it was 14KT.
I am now selling it on ebay. I can't find the mark of how many KTS. All I see is 4 F  ?  A V. I can't make out what the center letter ? is.  The ring is adorable and beautiful. I now do not know if it is a 10 KT or 14 Kt. I have no clue what these letters mean. Someone said it was
the desigmners name or mark???
Can u pleaase help?

Usualy what you described is a hallmark or makers mark. As far as the metal get it tested by a jeweler or appraiser.
