Troubleshooting White Gold Alloy Casting & Forming Cracks

Hello Sir,

I'm facing tremendous problem with making jewelery with white gold alloy. I used 75% gold and 25% nickel. After casting both metal together when I tried to give it wire shape by hammer it's cracking much that i can't give any shape to it and hard very much when I tried to curve it, it's broken. Sir could please describe the step by step process that I should follow to over come problems to make the jewelery ornaments by using nickel and gold and help me out please.
