Cost of Tiny Diamonds & Ring Repair - Sapphire Ring with Missing Stone

Hi,
I lost a tiny diamond on the side of ring.There are 7 tiny diamonds on each side of sapphire ring.The pink sapphire is 1 carat.I would like to ask you how much is a tiny diamond?and how much total include the labor if i decide to replace a missing one.Where can i bring or send my ring to repair?Could you please show me the stores that are honest and reasonable.

his is not my area of expertise , however , you could simply take it to any manufacturing jeweler and they would replace the missing diamonds. Sounds like they are are just "10-20 pointers "(20 points of a carat)

its not the cost of the stones but the cost of the labour that would be the expense .
