Identifying Italian Gold Ring Markings: '14K' and 'B' in Circles

Question
what does it mean -- I have spent hours searching and found nothing -- then I found this web site -- hope you can help.  Thanks  
PS the ring has a cameo if that helps narrow it down.  Its not super old either I know that much

It's probably a manufacturers logo, which could be one of thousands out there, so very hard to figure out.  Many manufacturers place a logo stamp on their pieces to identify their goods in case of return or warranty issues.  I know this doesn't answer your question, but hopefully it explains why you've not been able to get a definitive answer.
