Reputable Diamond & Gemstone Dealers in South Africa - Expert Advice

Hello,
I am planning a trip to S. Africa next summer and flying into Johannesburg. I would like to purchase a piece of jewelry while I am there. Can you recommend any dealers or shops that sell diamonds and gemstone jewelry that would be easy for me to deal with? Also what type of stones do you recommend buying as investments?

I'm sorry you will have to do your research on the Internet to find a reputable dealer in South Africa.... you may call the GIA in Carlsbad California and see if they can help you at all..
by installers for investments if you're not a pro is very difficult... you can easily be talked into something of no value... also I can't imagine diamonds as an investment when you buy them they immediately lose up to 50% if you were to walk back through the door and try to sell them..
