Please explain me practical method of gemstone polishing on aluminum lap using diamond powder.

Hi Dilip,

I don't really understand what you are asking for but aluminum laps are used for polishing gems and some times for cuttiing if they are bonded. I personally never have used an aluminum lap but I am not a professional cutter/polisher. I know aluminum laps can be used with diamond powder for polishing gemstones for a bright high finish. There are many lapidaries in India that you should consult with for a better understanding of using an aluminum lap with diamond powder.
