Husband's Phone: Confronting Infidelity - Should You Act?

I have found a galley of women on my husbands phone, this isn't the first time we have discussed this and Also made him pictures to look at of me his wife. He said that was good enough for him but recently I have found a variety of pictures on his phone. I'm a little confused about how to present this to him and why he keeps looking at other women.So what I am asking, is should I not care or keep addressing it. It does bother me a great deal.
