Morning After Pill: Names, Effectiveness & Emergency Contraception Options

would you kindly let me know the trade name and the pharmacological name for the morning after pill you mentioned? but by the time i find it and buy it and start using it i think it might be a month from the day i had sex. is there ANYTHING else? anything at all i can do to avoid that episode of stupidity from making me pregnant now? except of course.. pray real hard.. i have thought about abortion, but that is the last resort right..?

Hello again Sarah- it is too late I'm afraid for the morning after pill now. All you can do is wait to see if you get your next period. OR- go to a crisis pregnancy center and get a blood test- if it has been 10 days since you had sex. AND while you are there- get started on birth control. Yes, abortion, would be a last resort- for me anyway. I would prefer to see you carry the baby and place it for adoption with a couple who are desparate to have a child.
