Post-Abortion Period: What to Expect After Medical Abortion

I am married and Have 2 Children. Due to some reason ..
I have my early (4 weeks) medical abortion on 23rd Dec 2009 I have taken Mifepristone on 22nd Dec in Morng and After 30 hrs I have taken Misoprostol. I bleed for 7 days with heavy blood clots and cramps. The bleeding was end by brownish coloured gel.

Now Today is 25th Jan 2010. Almost 5 weeks has paased on. I am feeling normal. But I am worried about my regular periods. When I will have my periods after abortion.

Dear RB,
It is common and normal to have a delayed period after taking the abortion pill.  I have seen periods be delayed for weeks or even months normally after any kind of termination of pregnancy (with the pill or the procedure).  Your periods will come back to normal.  Your only concern is to make sure you do not get pregnant again, so make sure to use protection.
