Possible Pregnancy: Symptoms, Timeline & When to Test

Question
No sorry i meant my last period was on MARCH 16th. And the last time i had sex was on february.20 but the time before that was january. 23. I think i might have gotten pregnant in January because im already starting to show. I havent been vomiting but i have been getting nausea, and im always lightheaded and  tired. but i think it would make more sense that i became pregnant in january because of all the symptoms and the fact that im getting bigger. (FYI: im not really eating that much more than i usually do so i dont think im "just gaining weight").But you dont think im just convinced im pregnant and thats why im seeing the signs?

Question -
I am 14 years old (almost 15 my birthday is in like 2 weeks), my last period was FEB, 16 (TWO DAYS GO):
Okay, about two weeks ago i thought i  might have been pregnant and i had a few signs like my breasts were swollen and my niples were getting darker and bigger and i had a little back pain. Then i got my period for about two days and then it stopped, but im getting bigger without eating that much more than i usually do, im a lot more tired, the back pains are worse, im light headed, my boobs are bigger and now im getting that line from my navel down. I think im farther along than i thought...like 2 months not 3 weeks. A few people i know say that they think i could be like 2 months and then other people say this could all be in my head. Could symtoms like that be in my head? And i have heard that some girls get their periods while they are pregnant so that also makes me think i could have been pregnant for longer and just not known about it. And also...is it true your stomach just starts to get bigger out of no where? cause i noticed a little bloating about a week ago and now its pretty obvious. PLEASE ANSWER ME THE BEST YOU CAN IT WOULD HELP ME SOOOOOO MUCH. THANKS.

I'm confused. YOu said that your last period started on February 16, two days ago. However today is March 19. If your last period started on February 16, you would have ovulated around March 1 and could have conceived if you had sex on February 28,March 1,2,or 3. If you did become pregnant at that time, a pregnancy test would not show a positive result until 14-21 days later (between March 15-22). The best time to take a pregnancy test is seven days after missing your next period.
take one if you do not get  your period by March 22 and you will know for sure. When you are pregnant, you usually will not notice enlargement of your abdomen until you are more than 12-15 weeks pregnant (from the first day of your last period). You do seem to have the symptoms of pregnancy (nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness) and I doubt that the symptoms are in your head. If you think you are pregnant and larger than your dates, take a sonogram and you will know for sure.If your last period started on February 16, you should now be 41/2 weeks pregnant and you would not see any fetus, yet, on sonogram. If you were larger than 6 weeks, you would see a fetus and a fetal heartbeat. Between 5-6 weeks, you would only see an empty gestational sac on sonogram. I would also advise you to take two blood tests for pregnancy (Beta HCG) 48 hours apart. If you are pregnant, there would be a doubling of the results in 48 hours. If your last period started on FEbruary 16, you would be due for your nest period on March 15 and you would be only 4 days late for your period.

Answer
If you had your period on March 16. you could not have conceived until, at least, March 29. If you became pregnant in January or February, you would not have had your period in March. If you still have doubts, take a pregnancy test. Even if you did become pregnant in January, you would not feel any fetal movement until June. If you have not missed any period, you are not pregnant.
